From the start, Off Piste has centered its community on Park City itself. The club is working with local food and beverage partners to shape its dining and gathering spaces, and its programming will spotlight the makers, chefs, and culture that define the area. More partnership details will be announced as the community grows.
Local Roots
Off Piste is developed and operated by Columbus Pacific Development, the team behind the celebrated Pendry Park City, and private club veteran Kelly Simons, whose 20+ years in the industry spans leadership roles at The Colony and an international consulting practice. Together, they bring the vision and expertise to create an exceptional mountain club experience.
The club is being designed in partnership with Ohana Design & Build, a Park City firm working in earth tone, organic texture and locally sourced material. Warm, modern, and built for the mountain life.
